      I play there at the moment. Mostly I start playing around 8 pm. The traffic differs a lot. The "high traffic limits" are 2/4 and 3/6. Some days there are up to 4 tables (seldom) per limit, on other days there is only one each, the standard is around 2 per limit. Above 3/6 you rarely find more than one table.
      Mostly the decision is between playing all open tables or don't play at all if they are bad or not enough.

      Sometimes there are a few tables in the afternoon hours around 4/5 pm.
      As there are many US-players, maybe there is a little more traffic in the night hours. I never checked on that.

      In general the players are bad. There are some good ones but you'll figure out their weak spots within time.

      But remember: You will not be able to use HM, PT or other HUD programs. That seems to be a drawback for many players.

      You can use HM/PT3. With cakehand converter.

      Sure, you can analyse your game in retrospection. But you can't use a HUD.
