      Raising the flop is totally ok, as that bet from MP1 is silly. And after all I think shoving the flop is best option, but still you can leave shoving till turn, because he's really confident to 3bet the flop, so I doubt there's any scare cards on turn for him. He's rather passive, so he could easily limp with some overpairs, 44, 55 and so on, so stack it and hope he didn't limp with stuff like 37 or 23 against with you still have outs.

      I would just aim to get it in on the flop - sure the board may be drawy but imo there are not many hands that will raise this flop then fold so I just try to get it all in.

      Thanks to you both for your thoughts, I was interested to hear that shoving was probably the right option.

      Its probably a hole in my game (as I recently switched from FL to NL) but Im still not very sure/confident on when to shove.

      i agree with amplifyd.
      I also think its ok to raise pf but set mining here is fine too.
