      The call on the flop is ok....you are getting 1:7 plus implied odds. I wouldn't bet the turn. The 4 isn't really a scare card and on an ace-high paired board where also a flush draw is possible there are many hands which could call you. The small flop bet from UTG+1 normally means either a strong hand or a weak hand. In this spot you got lucky that it was a weak hand. :)
