Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      MP2:
      $43.50
      MP3:
      $50.75
      CO:
      $95.15
      BU:
      $50.00
      SB:
      $65.20
      BB (Hero):
      $135.05

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, Q.
MP2 calls $0.50, 2 folds, BU raises to $2.25, SB raises to $7.75, Hero calls $7.25, MP2 folds, BU calls $5.50.

      Flop: ($23.75) 2, 9, 3 (3 players)
SB bets $15.00, Hero calls $15.00, BU folds.

      Turn: ($53.75) 2 (2 players)
SB bets $42.45, Hero calls $42.45.

      River: ($138.65) 9 (2 players)

      Final Pot: $138.65.

Villain has 48 hands (playing 22/17 with 18% 3bet ( 22 sample). I felt my hand was too strong to fold preflop given that I can put sb on a relatively loose range vs the BU steal. I assumed (wrongly) that BU is normally folding here and so I would have position against the small blind which is why only called. Should I be 4betting here?

As played is there any reason to raise the flop? once I have called the flop, I am committed to the hand so I don't have a problem with my call of the turn shove - I am either a head or behind.

      Any other thoughts?
      Thanks

you can also 4-bet pf, although just calling is probably also fine
I would shove flop. I doubt he is going to shove turn AK or if he has any pair he would probably bet/call since there are draw on the board
