      Hi,

Need some clarification on the below:

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $4.50
      UTG1:
      $4.60
      UTG2:
      $6.49
      MP1:
      $5.34
      MP2:
      $2.41
      MP3:
      $3.07
      CO:
      $5.00
      BU (Hero):
      $4.81
      SB:
      $3.23

Preflop: Hero is BU with 6, 6.
      UTG1 folds, UTG2 calls $0.05, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.20, 2 folds, UTG2 calls $0.15.

      Flop: ($0.47) Q, J, T (2 players)
      UTG2 checks, Hero bets $0.40, UTG2 calls $0.40.

      Turn: ($1.27) T (2 players)
      UTG2 checks, Hero checks.

      River: ($1.27) 8 (2 players)
UTG2 bets $0.65, Hero folds, UTG2 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $1.27.

Now, he open limp-called, maybe he had a low pair (7s, 8s), maybe he had QJ or something....the board was very draw heavy, yet again, as he checked to me, I though a close-to-pot-size bet would be enough to kick him out.

When he called though, I thought two things: I'm either very beat (he flopped a set or a two pair and he's slow playig); he's drawing.

Regardless Turn bet seemed to be pointless to me especially with the other T coming out. I though maybe to call on the river but with that many overcards the chances of him having me beat were to high so I though I'd better not.

      What do you think ?

      Hi,

What your fellow members said :)

It's a flop that hits a lot of hand, any Tx/Jx/Qx hand has a pair and isn't folding, any Kx/9x has an OESD and isn't folding, any Ax has a nutted gutshot and likely won't fold either, any two diamonds sure as hell aren't folding. It's true you can sometimes fold out the likes of 77-88 and completely whiffed 76s type of hands, but it's not worth all the times you're simply donating $0.4 to him. He might not even put any pressure on you even if you have beat, not everybody will stab the turn with air when you check back, so you 66 might be good at showdown.

      Hope it helps.
