      This is highly player-dependent.

      Turn is probably still worth a valuebet against the right players.

      As played a blockbet on the river is fine, especially since the worse a player he is, the more it's just a valuebet against top pairs / two pairs hands. The only reasons we might not want to blockbet would be a mix of 1/ we're somewhat afraid he could raise our bet with worse hands because he's bad 2/ he might "valuebet" the worse hands he would call a blockbet with anyway, again because he's bad enough to have distorted hand values.

      I'd just go with 1/2 pot by default and fold to a raise.
