      No you can't. It's quite unlikely SB makes that raise with QJ and there are only 1 combo each of KK/TT left because of card removal, more likely he has something like AK/AA that you'll stack. Concerning CO who know what he has, he's nearly full stack but he doesn't have autorebuy and he open-limped the cutoff, most likely he's fishy and probably willing to go broke way too light on such a drawy board.

      Just a cooler, don't sweat it. If anything, make sure you call preflop for the right reasons and with the right intentions.
