      I'm just bet/calling given that we have only a potsize bet left, we can't bet/fold. Only other viable line is check/folding, if we think villain will fold anything but Qx to a bet and will only valuebet Qx when checked to. Considering he limped the button he's unmistakably bad, so I expect him to actually not be able to lay down two pairs, which is why i'm shoving. If he has Tx, so be it, I blame the river :p
