Villain wasn't doing anything out of line or mentionworthy.

My preflop 3bet isn't standard, but I decided to mix up my game and another deciding factor was villains high fold to 3bet.

Is it okay to go broke on this flop? There shouldn't be any sets in his range and he will fold many pocket pairs to my cbet. Even against AK I have 42% of equity.

I hit my flush on the turn, but should I check or bet? There is basically only card Qc that has outs vs my hand so slowplaying is definitely an option. Or should I bet and try to get 3 streets of value from Ax? If I check I think he will bet his random floats and Ax for protection and his range will be even wider on the river (assuming he will check back Kx and pocket pairs). That way I may get calls on the river from worse hands than on the river.
I think the best line here is check/call the turn and bet/shove the river. Or should I do something else?

      I will CB at turn
he will call if he has Ax, Kx,
if he check, he will check behind most of time

I would bet turn 5$ and then shove river
Although you don´t really need to protect your hand it is not so likely that he´d bet himself on the turn a lot of times and if turn goes check/check then you can´t really get all the money in till river
