      I would have played the hand a little differently, i would have c/r the flop, as the co, and bu could have a very large range and want to get an idea of where i stand. Plus the fact that you have a flush draw and a gut shot gives you 12outs to improve. You could win with a raise and not disappointed even if you get callers.
      Then b/f the turn if u get raised and since you hit on the river, I would b/c.
      The way played leaves you were you are, a tough decision. I would still have to call here, but that is why i play sng's.

      likely leading out is the better plan than just c/c
      not sure how many worse flushes 10/8 can hold or if he is ever shoving river with set and since there are 2 all-ins then it is very likely that your 8 high flush is no good, so fold can´t be too bad idea
      But since you likely called to hit your flush then I think you can also call river shove
