      Hi,

      Set is possible but going to be a small part of range. Basically, BU is probably a weak player (limping BU, weird minraise line, not bought in full), so you want to 3bet turn for value and try to get stacks in vs his worse hands.

      I would probably just raise preflop myself, it looks like free money. Nothing really wrong with just checking tho.

      After that I agree with johnbeattie85, unless you've played a bunch of hands already with BU and it's about the first time ever you've seen him do anything but limping and check/calling.
