      I bet more on the flop, if he doesn't have Qx/Jx or some draw he's folding anyway, while if he has those hands he's probably peeling a bet regardless of how big you make it, so I'd go to about $0.65.

      Turn is fine don't check/call, it's horrible for your ev against most of his range. He'll never bet worse hands at you so you'll lose value from all the hands you beat.

      On the river I'd still bet a solid $3, KQ/AQ isn't folding and it's really hard for him to have you beat at that point. Of course as I say that you get jammed on and it's sad since truthfully he's not repping much except some QhXh hand that got very lucky or a slowplayed QJ/set, but at the same time I don't think many 15/6 players have the guts to jam a busted T9 on you there, so unless you have reasons to believe he might just be going insane, folding is fine.
