      At best preflop you have a coinflip situation not many people would 4-bet preflop with a worse pocket pair than TT so there you are already behind, he could possibly have AQs+ but that seems rather unlikely to me. I think your best move would have been to fold preflop to the 4-bet.

      That would be fine, except that villain only has 40bb so who knows what he does that with, I don't think we can 3bet/fold TT in that spot without a better read. If you don't want to 3bet/call, just don't 3bet it in the first place. NH otherwise.
