yes, i guess those that tell you to get used to it, are the same ones that have QQ, or KK against you aces...

what really hurts the most are the times that i layed down KK or QQ against AA,

so either i start playing QQ and KK against aces, and variance comes back to me, or i don't and keep losing.

i have just played two hands, in one i have KK and board flops A x x. Just nice.
Also i played KJ after a reraise, i flopped K on the board and then J. I was sensing he might be on AA. I pushed and ofcourse river paired the board with two nines and he won...

isn't it nice when the odds are on your side...

Yeah it sucks when the odds are against you, then you get lucky with 2 pair, and then the other player sucks out in a similar way to how you sucked out 1 card prior.

I refer to this scenario as 'justice'.

To the OP: If you ever doubt yourself, the luck, variance etc, I find it useful to run my hands through Pokertracker and then see my actual win rates with different hands. It normally makes me feel better with the whole thing.

Also I have come up with a theory that you might like. I believe that humans are wired to remember pain much more than pleasure. Basically meaning that bad beats and suck-outs will be remembered but winning (or even sucking out, bad beating others ) will not. Again the actually stats seem to confirm this.

Chin up, shit happens and when it does we all need to vent, thats why this forum is so useful :)

this was sarcastic statement. i will not play this way. i am just frustrated and i think it is better to talk about it then play while i am feeling this way.
i need my confidence up and it will be ok.winning one AA all in will help :) )

in a way you were pretty unlucky to be playing the hand this bad, so i guess you could put this one on variance too
