      If you think he can minraise draws there 3bet/calling is best, otherwise you might want to just call and see what happens, since i doubt a 16/9 is minraising Tx with the intention of calling it off.

      Bet more on the flop, turn is fine. As played on the river I would check/call, he seems loose aggressive so while we don't know if he'll call again with Tx or he has a Q often, I think it's very likely for him to have some kind of busted draw that he will bluff with. I don't hate bet/calling either, since we can't realistically bet/fold with those odds.
