I have played 80-100k hands on NL5 and NL10 FR (rush). When should I switch to SH? I think players at microstakes SH will make more mistakes and there shoud be more fishes in general. Also I will have more practice in SH later on small stakes (NL50, NL100).

I'm not a fan of rush poker, but I am a fan of SH play, so I'll recommend that due to reasons you listed above, and sooner or later you'll probably end up playing it anyway. Plus there are usually more SH tables than FR ones, an issue that becomes more important as you climb the limits.
