      I'd consider a reraise on flop. like the turn overpush, it would probably push the blinds out of the hand or at least make drawing hands more expensive to see turn card, thus leave u alone vs fish

      Just 3-bet the flop for value, lots of worse hands will play along with you and many turns will suck for your hand.

      As played I don't like the turn jam, water3 doesn't have a choice but to get all-in if he wants to continue anyway, raising effectively doesn't change anything except it looks stronger, making him less likely to stick around with whatever hand he has that we crush. So I'd just call hoping he overcalls.
