Video problems

      Hey Chinoboy,

      I am sorry to hear that our videos are not working properly. We recently had some problems with the videos, but those should have been solved already. Maybe you can find a solution form one of the suggestions in this thread. If you can´t solve it please be patient, our video-experts will look into it as soon as possible.

      none of these suggestions worked so I hope they solve the problem soon

      Maybe it has something to do with changes concerning the videoplayer after 8th April, because it was around that time the problem started.

      I still can't watch any video X( . It has been a month now since the last time I watched a video.

      Every time I try to watch a video I get:

      A system error occured- we are sorry. Please try again later.

      Error code: NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound

      Can someone help me!

      I can't see them either..

      I updated flash, IE 8.. Even donwloaded a new browser to try it.

      I get no error. I just get the PS logo and the video screen goes black.

      Hi to all, without videos :(

      yesterday I found an agreement with our IT.

      Please send me an e-mail christian.kammerl@pokerstrategy.com
      with your Skype (preferred) or other instant messenger contact.

      Please describe your problem in the mail shortly (no video or only some videos are not working properly, etc...) and to give an information what operating system and browser you use.

      I will forward this data immediately in your interest to our IT, which will take care of it individually to your problem.

      Furthermore, you should have Teamviewer installed on your computer to allow remote maintenance.

      I think it will be the best and quickest solution to get you back to access to our video section.

      Did anyone with messages on videos:"error code: neatstream.play.streamnotfound" managed to get videos working? And how did you do it if you did get videos working? :s_confused:

      Our IT did some changes today about delivering the videos!

      They should now work again properly! :s_love:

      Please post here, if not.
