In HM, go to 'Hands' section, right click on the hand you want to export, select 'View selected hands histories'. A hand history in a separate table appears. Click on the table - this will select the whole text. Now right click and 'Copy' or just press Ctrl+C. Then, go to a site like http://www.weaktight.com and press 'Post hand'. Empty field appears in which you paste your copied hand, by right clicking and 'Paste' or simply Ctrl+V. Then click 'Submit' or 'Post' or something like that, can't remember exactly. A posted hand is shown to you. Select the '2+2' format in the upper column, copy the code, paste in Pokerstrategy.com hand evaluation thread which you create in the appropriate section.

Don't forget to untick the 'show villain names' and 'show results' boxes.

      Cheers.
