I call PF my PP OOP because he is a nit so his range will be very strong.
At the flop I have an overpair, he cbet and I call I think his whole range will cbet here because it is unlikely that my range improved.

He second barreled at the turn and I was thinking and saw that his cbet at the turn 100% is. I have a sample of 200 hands is that enough to base a decide on that? The Q is also a perfect second barrel card so my plan is call the turn and check/fold the river is this a good plan.

      he seems quite aggressive
I think c/c flop is ok, also you can lead to take down pot
I think c/c turn is reasonable if he is not going to barrel too many rivers
You can also lead out turn yourself and c/f river if you don´t want to start calling turn and river barrel
