"11.2. It is strictly forbidden for citizens or residents of certain countries to make payments to or to receive payments from persons or entities offering gambling services, including (but not limited to) sports betting, casino games and poker games. These countries include but are not limited to the United States of America, Turkey, China, Malaysia and Israel.

According to this some countries can't deposit money into poker games or receive money from poker games? It doesn't say Canada though, and i can't find it in any of their T&C about not being able to deposit/withdraw money from poker games. So its ok to deposit into or withdraw from poker games in Canada? "

I just saw this on their T&C, but it doesn't say Canada though, so its ok to deposit/withdraw from moneybooker at partypoker?

      Hello ironmask92,

If it doesn't specifically mention Canada as one of the restricted countries then i would hazard a guess and say that you should be okay with your withdrawing/depositing.

If you are in any doubt then i would recommend you contact Moneybookers support and they will be able to give you a definate answer.

      Kind Regards,
      -Steve

Watch out for moneybookers fee if you account is in CAD and your poker account in USD! They charge a fee for every transaction which involves currency change plus they obviously buy and sell at different rates. All this can ad up to over 5% of the total amount which is a lot IMO.
