      Preflop should be a fold by default, tho since both SB and MP3 look bad enough to play with you with many worse hands I don't mind you opening up your range in that particular spot.

      Postflop it's just hard for him to hit anything on that board and he's only 40bb deep, probably gambling way too much, there is a good chance he just has nothing. So I like your flop call, and with that reasoning I'd call the turn too. We still beat most of the Qx hands he can jam and I don't think too many fish minraise a flushdraw on the flop, so it makes me more inclined to think he's just spazzing out.
