      Flop I bet/call wanting to get the LAG fish in also and later on get both AI.

      I'd say ship it on the flop. He might go broke with with Qx and think you're on a draw, and obviously it's highly likely that he has a draw himself. This board is realllllly drawy so i think shipping on the flop is fine.

      after you're call on the flop it's really read dependent what to do on the turn. (e.g. could he really re-raise the flop / lead turn with KQ or bluff?)

      I don't mind either way on the flop, I'd tend to just 3bet because I don't think BB is folding much anyway when he check/raises, I'd assume such a player would have donked out with a weakish hand. Also the board is drawy enough that we don't really want to have to dodge the turn against 2 players.

      As played on the turn i'm never folding with top set, who knows what the maniac BB is doing. Your line is fine.
