Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $3.22
      MP2:
      $4.61
      MP3:
      $5.00
      CO:
      $5.62
      BU (Hero):
      $5.28
      SB:
      $4.19

Preflop: Hero is BU with A, Q.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.17, SB folds, BB calls $0.12.

      Flop: ($0.36) T, 4, A (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.25, BB calls $0.25.

      Turn: ($0.86) 6 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.55, BB calls $0.55.

      River: ($1.96) 8 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.20, BB calls $1.20.

      Final Pot: $4.36.

i thought that the board was really dry and that he would have held a ace with a lower kicker, and he was going to call me on the river anyway, so i decided to do a 2/3pot bet on the river.

any better than than a top pair was likely not to check on the river.

To the river the hand is played good.
      River:
He can have some weak two pair which check/call but most of his hands consist of an A, a T.
Your betting size depends on what he thinks of it. If he calls 2/3 with weak A then bet 2/3, if not then bet 1/2. To get that information you should sometimes bet 1/2 and sometimes bet 2/3 and see how he reacts.
I would bet 1/2 here without any read.

PS:good hand, played well, nice value betting.

      Hi,

NH. I'd probably make it a bit bigger on every street but no big deal, for sure we're going for 3 streets.

      Hope it helps.
