      I'd probably just check/fold that turn card as played, even if BU is peeling the flop somewhat light we can't really bet/fold that turn with fold equity with those stacks. Even if you're sure enough that he has stuff like small pairs and A-highs in his range AND will fold them to a bet, he also has a whole bunch of 8x/9x/Tx/Jx hands that will never fold that turn, so some of your gutshot outs might not be live, same thing for your Q overcards.

      If you want to make that 2nd barrel you should probably just bet half pot on the flop to make sure he peels with the most stuff possible, and then you're in a better position to bet/fold another bullet on a good amount of turns.
