      Snap fold. Sometimes you will see weird moves, but mosly 8x, sets imo.

      thank you for your comment , i posted this hand because im still having trouble laying down big hands - which is a huuuge leak

      by posting hands like this i know i have to lay them down sometimes

      Not that hard really. CO needs a hand that somewhat connects with the flop to call your c-bet and given that the BB seems to be fishy, if CO wants to keep him in the pot you can't even discount two pairs / sets because CO didn't raise the flop. On that turn card, every single hand that somewhat connected with the flop made either 2 pairs, a straight or (maybe already had) a set, all of which beat you.

      It'll come with experience. It's hard when you're learning to actually fold big hands because you don't get to see if you were right or not, but once you gain enough confidence (and get shown the nuts there enough times ;) ) you'll be quite happy to fold those spots, it'll feel like you skillfully dodged a bullet.
