Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, A.
2 folds, CO raises to $0.07, BU folds, SB calls $0.06, Hero calls $0.05.

His stats were like VPIP 18 PFR 13 AFq 33 he played few hands and my read on him was that he had like a set .I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking if I did wrong to fold here.

He's quite tight and you raised his c-bet, most likely he doesn't even 3-bet AK there that often. The point is, you check/raising there doesn't really serve any real purpose. You don't really need to protect and you'll get such players to put you on 9x and fold dominated Ax hands when you check/raise, so while he might sometimes call with AJ and flushdraws, essentially you still overrepresented your hand to the point that you're bluffing against the tightest 18/13 regs. It's best to just call and let them continue with AJ- instead.

      Hope it helps.
