Villain seems like a fish. I don't really want to check/raise the flop because that just turns my hand into a bluff when I am probably ahead of his range. I also don't want him to draw lightly. I was thinking that c/c and then lead any blank turn is a good line to take. If c/c is a good line how should I play on the turn if it's a blank and how should I play if it's a scary card.

      $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Holdem
      6 Players

      Stacks:
      Hero ($26.80)
      UTG+1 ($25.22)
      CO ($44.58)
      BTN ($45.64)
      SB ($25)
      BB ($74.43)

      Pre-Flop: ($0.35, 6 players) Hero is UTG A:club: J:spade:
Hero raises to $1, 1 fold, CO raises to $1.75, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.75

      Flop: A:heart: K:diamond: Q:diamond: ($3.85, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2.28, $2.28 to Hero ($25.05)?

Call flop and evaluate turn, which ill fold if i dont improve.

I wont lead out on turn, no matter what card shows up. I think c/c is better, if you want to call turn

It's no shame to fold the Flop directly since you block JJ and I would be surprised if he bets TT/99 here

That said his range is pretty polarized but more towards value which have you crushed.

c/c Flop to c/f Turn is also okay but I rather safe 9bb here
Do make a note for nxt time ;)

I would at least call once and evaluate on the turn
You have top pair and gutshot and he can have there almost anything. So your hand is often fine and you can go that with showdown
