Preflop: Laggy software misclick, would have raised from BTN. But anyway, doesn't matter now.
Flop: Well, I can't really let my draw go, so I decided to raise, so anyone who is not supposed to play, fold their hands.
Turn: 5 doesn't change much, he won't fold anything he called flop with so I just check back.

subbydave stats: 54/4/1.2/168 (VPIP, PFR, AF, Hands)

River: Pot bet from rather passive player should mean he's got something. He's not bluffing with missed FD. I doubt he's betting Jx hand when K came on river, unless it's two pair. He could have Kx in his range, as he limps with anything, but he could have almost any random hand aswell.
So at this point I put him on random two pair (in turned out it was better than that).

Question is - shove or raise?

I raised because pot too small to shove, he would need to call 7.80$. He's fish, but I wasn't sure he could do that. On the other hand, raising almost 4x could seem even stronger, so how it should be and what should I consider in such situations?
