Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      SB:
      $25.00
      BB (Hero):
      $32.55
      MP1:
      $27.67
      MP2:
      $25.25
      MP3:
      $32.60
      CO:
      $25.02
      BU:
      $9.51

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, Q.
3 folds, CO calls $0.25, BU folds, SB raises to $1.25, Hero calls $1.00, CO folds.

      Flop: ($2.75) 9, 7, Q (2 players)
SB bets $2.50, Hero raises to $7.00, SB raises to $23.75, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $9.75.

Villains' stats were VPIP/PFR/AF/W$SD/WTS, 14/9/4.0/50/11 over 400 hands.

      Three questions
      1) Was the raise size too big here?
      2) Was this line too weak? What line should Hero have played?
      3) What range would you give to this villain here?

I wonder if raising is better than calling in this spot. Since the board offers some draws it might indeed be better to play the hand fast, I guess we can expect SB to also go broke with TP and some strong draws.

As to his range for pushing flop I'd say: QQ+, 99, 77, Q9, AQ, KQ, nut FD, OESD+FD, GS+FD.

you shouldn´t raise/fold there Aq, since he can shove there draws
I would take against that player call flop, call turn and evaluate river line
Either calling him down or folding to river barrel
