      Turn J is a good card, makes it less likely we're beat unless he calls the 3bet out of position with any two broadways. AQ/AK likely won't fold at any point, so in the interest of maximizing value against stuff like KK-QQ I don't mind checking back the turn to show weakness and shoving the river when checked to. Alternative is to just jam the turn to make sure you stack AQ.

      As played KK-QQ should be pretty happy to check it down on the river. Still he can AQ/AK himself and play it like that, calling is fine, I'd probably just shovel the rest in myself.
