Ok on the flop i'm thinking i'm ahead, possibly KQ/JQ.
On the turn after i bet and he calls, i'm pretty much putting him on KQ because the way this guy had been playing i think he would re-raise JQ.
When the Q came, i threw up a little; worst card in the deck.
Was i right to check/fold the river?

I think this is played fine. Agree that a lot of range is going to be Qx.

I think it is ok too. Both Qx hit the river + back door flush came in too.
I don't think he is bluffing here to often and a J i think would have checked behind.

Fine by me. There aren't any hands he could be bluffing with really, he probably folds anything isn't Qx or spades on the turn and it's hard for him to have Jx ever unless he floated the huge flop c-bet with random junk. Even if he did have Jx somehow, most people at nl10 aren't capable of trying to valuebet it in that river, even if they somehow have KK they won't bet that Q. So bottom line is, he can't valuebet worse hands and he can't really be bluffing, so check/folding is the way to go.

      Hope it helps.
