      multiway on the flop, I would 100% bet potsize here and on turn I would bet 2/3 atleast

      I agree, in a nutshell just bet/raise bigger all the way. I'd make it something like $0.18 preflop, $0.5 on the flop, $0.95 on the turn.

      As played on the river his hand looks like a random Kx or busted QT/hearts, but his bet sizing doesn't really look bluffy, it's more like he wants you to call. The weirder the player the more i'm calling with those odds, if he's some tag regular i'm just folding.
