      No clue. We need to know how often he's minraising over limpers and how likely it is that he's actually minraising that flop with a worst hand. Against some fish you can actually straight up give up on the flop, against others it's a mandatory call down. Best you can do is take a guess given how he's played so far as to which category he fits better: tight/passive or aggro/bluffy.

      When in doubt with only a pot size bet left on the turn I'd probably play it like you did or call him down, in case he's just taking some weird line with a worse pocket pair for reasons only him knows.
