      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.25(BB) Replayer
      Hero ($36.08)
      BB ($21.95)
      CO ($36.58)
      BTN ($28.89)

      Dealt to Hero Q:club: A:club:

fold, BTN raises to $0.85, Hero raises to $2.75, fold, BTN calls $1.90

      FLOP ($5.75) J:diamond: 9:diamond: J:club:

Hero bets $3.50, BTN raises to $8, Hero raises to $33.33 (AI)

      Villain was 21/19/3.9 over 560 hands. fold 3b: 63 raise cb: 50 %

I had been 3-betting a lot at the table (2 times only during the last orbit)

I thought the size of the flopraise looked weak, and because of the gameflow I think we can assume that he could be making a move on me in this spot. I also couldn't see how raising made hands here could make any sense. After all, there are not many hands to protect against. I also have some backdoor-equity against a J.

He would sometimes raise that board as pure bluff, but often he has there hand that he is going to call shove
In general shove is ok if you think that he is raising there bluffs or draws often enough that you can shove over his small raise.
I would likely just either c/c flop since you have showdown value and if you hit club, queen or acer you can either c/rai or c/c again turning your hand into bluff catcher.
