Hey guys I'm wondering which hands I should call and cap with in the blinds against 3-bets at pretty loose tables 40VPIP+. For shorthanded Full Limit Holdem I play at the FL10 FL20 micro levels.

      Capping:
I'm thinking in the BB cap with: TT+, AK, AQsuited.
In the small blind cap with: JJ+, AK

      Call:

Call with 99+, AJs, AQ+, KQs in either position.

I'm interested in your thoughts and if you have any useful links to articles or anything to do with blinds defending against 3-bets it would be much appreciated if you shared it with me.

      Thanks Fastroller
