  I think it is probably for staff or a special restricted promotion.
  
  All those eligible, would already have been notified accordingly.
  
  I will close this thread to avoid everyone asking for private passwords which is what usually happens, trust you will understand, in no way anything against you personally, it was a perfectly valid question.
