      Depends how he's playing. Frankly the fish usually either make those min3bets all day long or barely ever. In the first case 4-betting and call it off is fine, in the second case you're just shooting yourself in the foot since they'll just up with KK+ super often and their only having half a stack doesn't really have much to do with anything in that case, so I'd likely opt to just call and try to stack the guy. Whatever you do don't 3-bet/fold, it'll very rarely be correct.
