      46 vpip 13 hands is enough to know he is a fish and he call u 3 street
      bet bet check/fold i play
      u should bet larger 2/3 pot flop and turn for more value

      shove river
      He would call you down with worse hands, at the same time he won´t bluff enough if you check to him
      But you can`t c/f river, since he can shove there Kx and you get too good odds to fold your aces
