      Known players:
      BB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, T.
UTG2 calls $0.02, 2 folds, MP3 calls $0.02, CO folds, BU calls $0.02, SB calls $0.01, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.1) 2, A, 9 (5 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.07, UTG2 calls $0.07, MP3 folds, BU folds, SB folds.

      Turn: ($0.24) Q (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.17, UTG2 calls $0.17.

      River: ($0.58) J (2 players)
Hero bets $0.30, UTG2 raises to $0.80, Hero calls $0.50.

The player at UTG2 calls almost every hand...
I knew he hit the A but when he didnt value re-raise at the turn I guessed that he didnt made 2 pair.
Did I needed to fold at turn raise?

I'd bet bigger again on the river since it's now more likely he doesn't have a better Ax because of the Q/J cards reducing the number of AQ/AJ that beat us.

Probably fold to a raise especially if you seen him as a calling station, he can't really show up with a hand that needs to bluff that often given that a lot of turned draws got there. Maybe if he floated the flop with nothing he can have some whiffed redraws like KT or something but it's a small part of his range. I think it's more likely he binked two pairs+ somehow than for him to be bluffing there, but then again I don't know him, you're the one who played with the guy.

      Hope it helps.
