      Hi guys,

      Reporting a bug...

Every 10 min. or so the -HUD window is displayed with no apparent reason and elephant beta freezes...

I use Vista, and have 4MB RAM mem. Please have a look at the attached photo.

      Cheers :f_biggrin:

      Hi Filipe,

could you please tell me the exact version number that you are using?

It would be great if you could try to startup the elephant, reproduce the problem, then close it and send the latest log file to elephant[at]pokerstrategy[dot]com.

      Hi Nick,

      Glad to help..!

      - Version 0.82.something.. I can get it complete for you later, since it's on my home PC. I can advance that I made the download from the developer's blog 4 days ago.

The problem with this is that I cant close the elephant to get the debug report because it freezes completely, and the only way I can close it is shutting down the service using the task manager. :f_mad:

Let me know if you need any further details please.

      Cheers.

Nr. 82 is the latest released dev build. No more detailed nr. necessary. Thx.
Shutting down by taskmanager is fine, since the log is hopefully written anyway.
You can then reopen the elephant and you will find an entry in the help-menu called "Logpfad öffen" (unfortunately its not localized in this dev build, but will be in the next) that opens the folder with the logfiles. Making it easier for you to find them.

      Hey Filipe,

have you had the chance to create a logfile for this issue?

Is it possible now? I understood it wouldn't.

If yes, I'll try to get it... My HD "died" yesterday, so it should take me a few days.. :f_mad:

      Please advise.

      Cheers

      Sorry for the missunderstanding.

I just ment, that the button is not localized yet. So the text is in german, but it should work fine.

      Take your time.

      Regards,
      Christian

Its been over a week now. Have you had the time to sneak into that problem again?
Otherwise i'd like to close that incident.
