      "Maniac" a pretty loose term and everybody plays different. Depending how stuff like his donking frequency and how often he raises I could see myself take pretty much any line in that spot if it was heads-up.

      It's not however, so my default would probably be to just fold the first time around when he overbets it and we have another player left to act, our hand just isn't strong enough to go to war with two players without solid reads, if we're wrong we're like 3-outing all the time and if we're right he'll show up with hands with more outs than that almost every time.
