I'd say he is cbetting 100% on this board, so I call to reevaluate on turn, maybe float, hoping the fish comes along.
On the turn there come my doubts, should I just bet out for value? I was hoping to induce a river bluff.

      Hi,

It's okay, his most likely hands for betting the flop smallish and checking the turn are airballs. If somehow he checked an okay Kx he might bet the river on his own and we don't know whether we could have gotten 3 streets of value by betting turn and river ourselves anyway. He might bet/call the river since our line looks dumb too ;)

Checking gives him a chance to catch an A as well as to bluff at us again if he figures we don't have Kx after checking back the turn, it also makes it more likely he might look us up for one bet on the river with stuff like JJ if he's somewhat bad and doesn't realize there are pretty much no worse hands we can valuebet/bluff with on that river, maybe something like 54s or a wheel gutshot but that's small.

      Hope it helps.
