Villains are two very loose/passive players,
SB: 41/17/2.4 AF, likes betting vs missed cb, stealing limped pots, and sometimes donks
BB: 63/18, seems much more passive pre and post flop

      My questions are

1 - On flop, passive play or aggressive play with monster draw (deep stacked 3way)?
2 - As played, how much do you bet river?

If BB seems passive postflop then I don´t like raising flop and getting all-in.
Since he likely has there most of the times straight/set or two pair that he won´t fold and although you have around 50% equity you would never get all-in way ahead and that would just increase variance
25$ is fine bet size on the river
