Just sat down at this table so no reads/stats yet
Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

      CO ($11.15)
      Button ($10.80)
      SB ($14.70)
      Hero ($10)
      UTG ($9.70)
      MP ($11.75)

Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
UTG calls $0.10, 3 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.30) , , (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.3, UTG raises to $0.6, SB calls $0.60, Hero calls $0.30.
No idea what that minreraise means and the coldcall. I considered reraising but didn't seem to smart against unknowns

      Turn: ($2.10) (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.5, UTG folds, SB calls $1.50.

      River: ($5.10) (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks.
Did I miss a valuebet here?

      Final Pot: $5.10

Like you said maybe you could reraise on flop, you have a very good drawing hand and you want to build up the pot a bit more in case you hit. Another reason why I think you should reraise on flop is that you're likely to see the river card cheaper if you happened to miss with turncard. Also SB seems to be drawing something so I'd like to get him out of it as soon as possible. As played, you should valuebet river too,

      Hi nogatsira!

I think a call after his minraise is correct here because the SB called this minraise as well which usually indicates a really strong hand. Turnplay is ok. On the river you should definitely make a value bet (~$3).

      Good luck at the tables!
