      When in doubt for less than 100bb I think you should just prefer 4-betting preflop to calling when you're out of position, these days many people get the "3-bet light from the BU" thing so it's very rarely unprofitable to take that line unless your opponent is a nit.

      As played on the flop I would just shove, it's our best shot to get middling hands that we're flipping with out of the way, when we make a small raise they might talk themselves into staying around because of pot odds, which won't happen when we shove. We have 2 overcards that are good sometimes against stuff like QhQx, and with the nut flushdraw we're never drawing dead. Given that his bet looks somewhat weak I'm sure we have some fold equity. Sometimes we'll cooler his AxKh as well.
