I think this board might have easily hit my opponents "cold call a steal" range , and he donks into 2 players which probably indicates strength and he doesnt want to give a free card in case i decide not to contibet. Raise flop/fold to a 4bet or ?

      Hi undercover82!

      I recommend the following lines:

Hand 1) Raise/fold flop, check behind or call turn, call or bet river because you want to find out on the flop what you are up against. If you get called you should play for pot control although you might still have the best hand.

Hand 2) Raise/fold flop. If he calls you and bets on the turn: fold, otherwise: check behind. By raising on the flop you are getting information about the strength of your opponents hand like in Hand 1. If he plays back on you, your pair is most probably beaten.

      Good luck at the tables!
