      Hi,
I sent the following message to FT support, but they were not helpful at all. They just told me to try again and if it does not work to try a different deposit method. Can anyone help me with this?
      "Hi,
I am trying to deposit using moneybookers. I already have a moneybookers account with money in it. On the FT software, I go to cashier->make a deposit->moneybookers.com->put in the amount and click deposit now->continue to secure site->i moneybookers page opens up with my email already in, i then put in my moneybookers password and type in the security number, then i press login. I am then told to choose a payment method: i choose "Deposit money via our site first. (your current account balance: CAD XXX)". It tells me "When you click 'confirm' you will be redirected to our main site where you can choose from a wider variety of payment methods. After having successfully funded your Moneybookers account, you will need to return to the checkout page of the Merchant, choose to pay via Moneybookers, and complete the payment." I press confirm and it takes me to the inside of my moneybookers account. Should I have to do anything else, or should that be enough for the money to be transfered from moneybookers to my fulltilt account?
      -Thanks"

      Hello A7thecleave,

Once you press confirm then that should be the deposit sorted out.

If it has been successful you will usually get an e-mail from FT confirming this as well as an e-mail from MoneyBookers confirming that you made the deposit.

      Kind Regards,
      -Steve

Ok, then I have no idea what the problem is. I've tried like 10 times and I always get this from FT around 30min after the attempted deposit:

"Your deposit request has been declined. Please review your
personal account information to ensure that it is the same as the
information stored with your payment processor. You may correct
any of your personal information and try again. If you are still
unsuccessful, you may wish to try one of the other available
      deposit methods."

I have of course reviewed my personal info to make sure its the same. I guess I should try a different method? Which one would you recommend? The only reason I am depositing is so that I can make a withdrawal- FT only lets you make withdrawals through ways that you have depositted. I guess credit card is the easiest deposit method, but you can't withdraw to a credit card, can you?

Maybe you checked the options for Non Gaming deposite at Moneybookers.
I use entropay and it worked well just before. But at first click submit, i was declined, few minutes later i clicked again then it was success. Good luck!

For withdrawal, credit card can be used, depend on your bank. But most of bank allow it.

I put $10 into moneybookers using a visa. Could the problem be that I have not verified my visa on moneybookers? It should not because the $10 is already in my moneybookers account...

      Hey there,

I'm not 100% sure but if i remember correctly then your personal details on MoneyBookers must be the same as in FullTilt, i.e your address and email details.

      Kind Regards,
      -Steve

When you deposit it you have an option that you have to chose...

I will use the money for gaming purposes

      or

I will not (same as above)

If you didn't press anything the default is NOT. Therefore as you deposited via visa it will not allow you to fund any casino or poker room.

Also, if your money bookers account isn't in dollars then MB will charge yuo for the conversion, and if you have the exact amount then you won't be able to deposit it all also.

Hope that helps you troubleshooting. :)

Just use Wester Union, its pretty easy and works without any problems.

I can't deposit using moneybooker with Creidt / Debit Cards either because of the gambling restriction, you can always call your bank and tell them to remove it and then try again but first you need to change your settings and check mark that you are going to use the money for gambling.

Thanks! I believe that this is the problem- I have $10 Canadian in moneybookers and the min. deposit on FT is $10 US, so after the conversion/extra charge I have less. I'll put another 10 into moneybookers and then try depositing again. Thanks for your help (and every1 else who gave their ideas)
