He has a very small stack and on the turn I have trips.. dry board. decent kicker..

On the river he bets? Flush got there? Valuebetting AK ? Set? What should I have done or

Just get the money in like I did?

      Hi,

      your TAG has just 50BB...

      Preflop: I'd raise 4BB
Flop: I'd bet 1,85-2$ for value and protection.
      Turn: Good.
River: I'd never fold getting these odds.
Just backdoorflush got there, but is not very probable.
AK will be played differently preflop most of the times.
That just leaves 77, 88, A7, A8 which he can have BUT
      then it's just a cooler.
He can have Ax with x € {2,3,4,5,6,9,T,J,Q} as well.

      What did he have?

      Best regards,
      Anin

      +1, nice evaluation.

Yes, he could donkbet small, how villain did, with Ax hoping you will call with 99+, hands that you could just check to showdown on the river.

Also, he could have 2 flushes there IMO, 9Ts and 56s with which he could donk bet, but would also donk with the same busted straight draws without the flush, hoping to scare you off pairs or big cards.

With A7,A8, he would have almost certain donkbet Turn or C/R for value.

So on the river villains range is 77,88, 89s, 56s, AJ, AQ, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A9, AT (89s and 56s is included because he cold called after another coldcoller [sb]) You have 75,5% equity.

      A call is profitable :s_biggrin:
