problems with ID check

      Sorry to hear that you didn't pass the ID check.

      For security reasons, PokerStrategy are not obliged to tell you the exact reason why it failed, especially if it disclosed some of the security measures taken. For understandable reasons, some of these measures need to be kept secret to protect PokerStrategy from potential fraud attempts.

      It is however a requirement that you do pass the security check. The free starting capital is not available unless this simple procedure is passed.

      You can of course ask the support team for further information and/or advice, however they will have no doubt already provided you with as much information as possible in their existing response to you. They also hopefully advised you of the options now available to you. Usually you have the option to set up a linked poker account but use your own funds to start a bankroll, but support will have confirmed if this is available to you.
